SwiftHome Solutions LLC is a home-buying company. We make offers to purchase residential real estate for cash. Any sale is governed solely by a written purchase agreement that you review and sign. SwiftHome Solutions is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We do not provide foreclosure-prevention, loan-modification, or lender-negotiation services, and we are not a mortgage broker, mortgage servicer, or government agency.
3. Offers
Information on this website is general and is not an offer. An offer becomes binding only when it is set out in a written agreement signed by you and us. Cash offers are typically below the price a fully repaired property might achieve on the open market. You are under no obligation to accept an offer.
4. Fees
There is no charge to request an offer. Any costs associated with a sale, such as title and closing costs, are set out in the written purchase agreement before you sign it.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to communicate with us promptly, and to make your own independent decisions after weighing our recommendations. You acknowledge that you may also seek advice from a licensed attorney, HUD-approved housing counselor, or tax professional.

7. Limitation of liability
